It includes hand painting a feather boa in your choice of colors metallic disks and a fun topper. This listing is for TWO MID SIZED umbrellas. The umbrella has 6 panels. It has 3 panels with sequin disks 2 panels with hand painted fleur de lis and one panel with hand painted Mrs. (white) and Mr. (black). Other wording can be painted as well. Price is for up to 3 hand painted panels. Each spoke is 14 inches from top to tip and 19 inches from top to hook handle. When the umbrella is open it measures 26 inches across the bottom. These umbrellas are SMALLER than a standard sized rain umbrella but large enough to make a nice statement without poking people around you.
