A quotation may change if the buyer changes the product style, order quantity, artwork, material, printing position, packaging, shipping method, or delivery requirements. Unless otherwise stated, quotations do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, destination charges, or other local import costs.

Samples and Custom Orders

For custom umbrella projects, samples or digital proofs may be provided when required. Sample cost, sample time, and sample shipping cost should be confirmed before production.

Bulk production should only begin after the buyer confirms the order details, artwork, specifications, sample, or digital proof. Once custom production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost and extra production time.

Artwork and Logo Files

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate logo files, artwork, text, color references, and branding requirements. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution artwork are usually preferred for clearer printing results.

By sending us a logo, brand name, image, text, or design file, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it for custom production. We are not responsible for trademark, copyright, or intellectual property disputes caused by artwork supplied by the buyer.

Production Time

Production time depends on the umbrella type, order quantity, printing method, material availability, sample confirmation, and production schedule. Any production time given before order confirmation is an estimate only.

Delays may occur due to artwork changes, late confirmation, material shortage, public holidays, weather conditions, customs inspection, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods and delivery time should be confirmed before shipment. We may help arrange shipment by express, air freight, sea freight, or other agreed shipping methods.

Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, logistics provider, and local delivery conditions. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Color and Printing Differences

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital artwork or screen display because of fabric texture, printing method, ink absorption, lighting, monitor settings, and production conditions. Minor color variation is normal in custom printing.

If exact color matching is required, buyers should provide Pantone references and confirm sample details before bulk production.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, images, graphics, product descriptions, and branding materials created by PrintOnUmbrellas.com, may not be copied, reused, republished, or distributed without permission.

Buyer-supplied artwork remains the property of the buyer or its legal owner. We only use buyer-supplied artwork for quotation, proofing, sampling, and production purposes related to the buyer’s inquiry or order.

Limitation of Liability

PrintOnUmbrellas.com shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profit, customs delay, logistics delay, or other consequential damages related to website use, quotation, production, or shipment.

Our responsibility for confirmed order issues is limited to reasonable repair, replacement, discount, or other agreed solution depending on the specific case.
